He has been associated with companies like IOL Ltd (now BOC limited), Larsen and Toubro, Sandvik Asia Ltd, Castrol and CNC India which is related to the machine tool industry. His industrial experience spans 12 years and then he has put 17 years in training and business development with the direct marketing ( MLM industry) as an independent distributor and Corporate Business Development Manager and General Manager Training.
He has worked with KUIDFC which is a government body that helps develop rural residents like municipal corporation workers for self-improvement, hygiene, and communication skills which has been a very enriching experience in my training career. Training done: communication, team work, Sales & Marketing and self-esteem development. He has been associated with companies like Herbalife, Elken International Pvt.Ltd (No.1 direct marketing company in Malaysia) His Last assignment was with MODICARE Limited as the General Manager Training and Network development covering the North Eastern territory (Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim) He has also handled the entire country as General Manager Training Covering India & Nepal. He has traveled the length and breadth of the country and very conversant with the type of people and the segment of market.
