Akhil Semwal is a young, high-energy facilitator who believes that life management is, above all, energy management. His signature State <-------> Situation philosophy gives participants a simple and powerful way to understand how their inner state shapes the situations they face and the impact they create. It consistently resonates with audiences across industries.

Before stepping into training, Akhil built a varied career across marketing, retail operations, business analytics and entrepreneurship. He studied in Delhi and New Zealand, worked with homegrown brands in India, and later worked as an analyst on cost, profitability and merger and acquisition cases. He is also the founder of Double Five International. This gives his sessions the practical credibility of someone who has led teams, handled customers, analysed numbers and taken real business risks.

His roots in sport run just as deep. He started playing competitive cricket at the age of 8 and played at the School, CBSE National Level, University, State U-16, U-23. He also played in the DDCA League, representing the Bank of India for three years. Akhil learned early about discipline, resilience, pressure and teamwork. Those lessons, along with years of international study and travel, keep him humble, curious and progressive. They also shape his training style: fast-paced, experiential, full of activity and never a lecture.

Outside work, Akhil’s passions are travelling the world and reading, and he brings stories from both into his sessions.
