Reena is a consultant and faculty for behavioural and soft skills for Leadership, Managerial and Supervisory Level. She is a Certified NLP Practitioner from IPANLP, INLPTA & ABNLP, certified to implement assessment Centers using psychometric tools from TVRLS, certified for conducting Thomas ProfileDISC – a personality profile assessment tool, Certified Psychometric Testing Professional, CPTP from Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA; Pursuing accreditation on ”Achievement Motivation” from NIESBUD ; Certified Trainer from AIMA and certified Internal Auditor from TQMI. She has done her MBA in human resources from Sri Sringeri Sharda Institute of Management, New Delhi.
She is a competent professional with 15 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Human Resource Development and Training & Development with Manufacturing organizations, Heavy Engineering, FMCG, Retail, IT and Education. She is a highly organised professional with an effective communication, presentation, interpersonal & relationship management skills.
Reena has consulted for launching SMT Concept for front line people , designing structured and effective PMS, training programs for controlled groups in the organization, succession planning, training need identification, training effectiveness, employee engagement survey, senior recruitments, job profiles (Human job analysis) and job descriptions.

Reena was invited to present her work on training effectiveness based Krickpatrick’s model of measuring training effectiveness at first inter organizational meet of BHEL (Theme- Best HR Practices), Feb 2013 at BHEL HRDI, Noida. She has published an article on “Training ROI- Myth or Reality” in Sep 2014 issue of “Perfect Professional” by TVRLS, Bangalore.
Due to her natural ability to connect with her group of participants, she has delivered client focused training sessions which are powerful, polished and extremely positive and therefore enjoys a special reputation and respect in the circle.
Prior to his association with training and consultancy profession, Reena worked for twelve years in engineering and automotive industries where she executed, led and drove many HR initiatives in the field of Learning & Development, Performance Management System, Framing and implementing policies, Talent Acquisition, Engagement and retention. She believes that there is no magic formula for success. It is only – BELIEF IN SELF
