  • He was instrumental in reducing the TAT for complaint redressal from 6 days to 3 day at New Delhi branch.
  • He was able to improve the business of Sushant Lok branch from Rs.810 cr. to Rs.1250 cr. in 2 years. The branch achieved the highest home loan portfolio of over Rs.400 cr. during his tenure.
